Our Team


Founder / President


Neri has been in the global recruitment industry for 20 years. Her experience has evolved from living and working in Manila, Jakarta & Sydney. Neri is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors of NPA-worldwide recruitment network based in North America. She is the first Asian to be nominated as Board Chairman in its 60-year old history. She spends time traveling to conferences around the world representing the network & developing affiliation. Neri is Filipino- Australian and holds a Bachelors Degree Major in Accounting from St. Theresa’s College, Philippines . She is a Certified Public Accountant and worked in finance management roles in Manila & Jakarta. She set up recruitment firms in various countries across Asia region after migrating to Sydney and never looked back since then. She found her passion in the recruitment industry! With work and travel almost inseparable, Neri finds shopping in different parts of the world a therapy of sorts, while she quiets down her work pace through regular yoga and playing the piano. On top of her hectic schedule, , she makes sure to spend valuable time with her beautiful granddaughter Maya in London .




Sarah is based in Sydney and key to all business development activities in Australia. Her serial entrepreneurial spirit has allowed her to develop businesses in Global Recruitment & Business Process Outsourcing, Education and Training. In 2014, Sarah and her team started The Founder of Active Achievers Childcare Centre In Sydney, a company that offers ‘world class’ education to children and parents to encourage entrepreneurial thinking which is now part of the Active Achievers curriculum. Sarah is also a Trainer at Performance Education Training Solutions and conducts speaking engagements in education, business and corporate arena. If Sarah is not in business mode, she is into gastronomic adventures, travel, ballroom, dancing, and public speaking at toastmasters, reading, pumping adrenalin sports and running with her super cute golden retriever, Bella.




Rey is the company’s overall key business advisor. His finance, audit, and general management consulting experience spans from working in Philippines, Indonesia and Australia. His wealth of knowledge in the corporate world and the financial field was honed from senior management roles in varied industries. Rey held key management positions for holding companies in Indonesia. He established and headed the representative office of an Indonesia bank in Australia for its trade finance and offshore business. Rey is a golf and tennis aficionado. He keeps up with the global current events and would be the person to go to for up to date international business news.


Director Global Markets


Luz provides account management for international clients and complements the company’s efforts to advance the Philippine-Australia business with emphasis in the Business Process Outsourcing Sector. Luz is a seasoned Corporate Finance and Investments practitioner exposed to varied multinational industries. Luz has lived and worked in different parts of the world for cross posting assignments, as well as training and educational advancement purposes. Luz is a Certified Public Accountant and earned her double Masters degree in Applied Finance and Business Administration with Distinction from the University of Newcastle, NSW. Luz’s time-off from work means exploring both exotic and familiar countries and cities alike. She fancies hiking and water sports activities, as well as culinary adventures. She enjoys the performing arts and takes part in humanitarian projects of the YUPPEACE (Young Upbeat Professionals for Peace) movement.




Ace is responsible for Client Delivery Services. He also oversees the day-to- day office and support management. As a Certified Blackbelt Sourcing Ninja, Ace, also directly manages the company’s recruitment technology network and staff talent engagement.Ace has more than a decade of recruitment solutions experience covering various industries, with major strength on the IT – BPO and Technology sectors. Ace holds a degree in Bachelor of Science in Commerce Major in Management. When Ace is away from office work, he enjoys playing basketball and volleyball. He is also an avid music enthusiast who plays guitar and drums.


Senior Consultant


Tina takes charge of both local and international talent engagement. She handles servicing of middle to senior executive level with a wide selection of skills, technical knowledge and corporate intelligence in Telecoms & Information Technology. Tina has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment as Vice President for VoIP and software development companies in Texas USA and also as Senior Manager for a large project management and consulting company in Sydney Australia. Tina holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Santo Tomas, with Distinction Award. Outside of work, Tina enjoys making beaded trinkets which gives her the freedom to express her artistic creative side.

Katrina Bonus

IT Consultant


Kat handles the full cycle recruitment process with focus on information technology requirements. Highly skilled in End-to- End Recruitment life Cycle, her expertise is sourcing and research through database management system. Kat finished her Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from AMA Computer Colleges. Her leisure time is spent watching movies and TV series. She finds pleasure in exploring the latest food establishments. Kat also loves to surf in her favorite La Union enclave.

Salvador Demetillo

Accounting & Administration Officer


Buddy is the person in charge of general office administration and bookkeeping. He has been with Avanti for over 12 years and it's most loyal & trusted employee who has risen from the ranks. Buddy loves to spend his out of office time with his young son mall hopping. On longer holidays, he gets away in his provincial home away from the city.
