Director, Quality & Regulatory Affairs – Dorchester, MA

Responsible for the oversight of Quality and Regulatory Compliance. Organize, develop and implement risk mitigation strategies that take into consideration current regulatory climate, ensuring high quality of care that is consistent with both external and internal standards. Works collaboratively with CNO/COO, Medical Director and Program Directors.

Job Description

•Responsible for oversight of Risk Management, Patient Advocate, Policies and Procedures, Infection Control

•Oversees preparation and action planning for Disease Specific Programs

•Oversees compliance with all external regulatory and accrediting body standards, regulations and conditions of participation.  Identifies action plans as needed. Implements and monitors identified action plans.

•Serves as resource to Senior Leadership Team and Department Directors

•Assures required data is collected, analyzed and reported timely to respective hospital committees.

Qualifications

Education: Master’s in a health care field, or RN with Masters Degree, or equivalent

Experience: 5-10 years experience in a clinical leader position with a strong foundation in quality
